Stephen Armstrong is a two time resident of
Yucca Valley. Stephen returned to Yucca Valley with his family after
twelve years of pursuits elsewhere.
Stephen has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of
Redlands. He has lived and owned or operated businesses in California,
Oregon and Nevada. Stephen has traveled across Europe and the Orient.
His interests, along with spending time with his family, include off-roading,
hunting, fishing and reading a good book.
Stephen lives in Yucca Valley with his wife, Jeri, whom he met in 29
Palms in 1990. They have many ties to the area. They have three sons;
Jacob, Hunter and Nicholas. The Armstrong’s spend a lot of their time
ferrying their children from one sporting event to another and exploring
the desert areas.
Stephen created and operates the AAA Property Management division of AFG
Realty along with being the Vice-President in charge of Real Estate
Operations for AFG Realty. If you have questions about investing in the
desert area, Stephen can find those answers. AAA Property Management
enjoys a reputation of being the best property management company in the
area. Stephen belongs to real estate boards in Palm Desert, Palm
Springs, Yucca Valley and Victor Valley. He is also a member
of the Rotary Club.
