Bob’s business experience goes back to 1980 when he left his
job as a radio announcer and opened a Del Taco franchise restaurant in
the Southern California desert community of Yucca Valley. Over the next
19 years Bob expanded his restaurant business to four restaurants
throughout the desert. Bob started his real estate career with his
Father, Wayne. Wayne was a well know attorney in California who
specialized in real estate. Bob is a licensed Broker in both California
and Nevada. His partnership with his Father gave Bob a legal perspective
into real estate that helps provide a balanced view of the business and
emotional decision process for his clients. Over the last 11 years Bob
has helped thousands of clients realize their real estate goals. His
knowledge and experience are unrivaled in our desert communities! From
residential to commercial to vacant land, Bob has the experience to get
the right answers and help his clients make the best choice for their
investment.
Bob lives his life with the same passion he puts into his
work. Bob has been active in many Chambers of Commerce and has served as
a Board member. He helped start a Red Cross chapter by serving on an
inaugural Board. He served as an elected official to a Water District,
publicly elected to serve 12 years and leading as President of the Board
for six. He has raised two successful daughters who both live in Las
Vegas, NV. In his spare time, Bob enjoys a good game of poker, likes to
RV, is a licensed pilot, is a certified diver, cruises in his 1965
Malibu SS convertible, and follows the sun! Bob is a proud fan and
season ticket holder of the San Diego Chargers football team.
