What do Realtors like to talk about?

Ok, a no brainer, houses for sell, of course.  So, have you thought about buying a house, or maybe buying a second house to rent?  Well, the time for either is now. If you are set up right, working, saving money, and want to do something positive for your future, now is the time to consider this.  There are lots of houses out there to look at.  As always, I recommend you speaking with a lender to see if it fits into your budget, before you act. 

If you are renting, and planning to live here awhile, you may want to consider buying. It may be cheaper than the rent you are currently paying. You may want to look at a fixer upper. That is the best way to enhance your potential equity value in the future.
